Eat Less Meat

According to the United Nations Climate Report, eating less meat can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and curb climate change.

Livestock such as cattle, pigs, and sheep produce greenhouse gas emissions. For example, cows release methane when they burp or fart. If you adopt a veggie diet plan by adding more plant-based food and fish in your meals, you are reducing pollution and keeping yourself healthier.

If you are an indulgent meat-lover but want to help protect the earth as well, there are some meat alternatives for you. Some companies have started to utilize technology to produce "meat-free meat". These meat alternatives are plant-based foods with the taste and appearance of meat.

From now on, eat less meat! You will live a healthier lifestyle that is consistent with environmentally-friendly behaviors and habits.
